As Phinney Ridge homeowners, we know why this is one of Seattle’s most beloved neighborhoods. A vibrant community that blends charm, character, and convenience, with tree-lined streets, classic Craftsman homes, and easy access to the bustling Phinney-Greenwood corridor.
THERE’S A REASON WHY PEOPLE LOVE & WANT TO LIVE PHINNEY
THE COMMUNITY
The cherished Phinney Neighborhood Association helps foster a strong sense of community, connecting and helping neighbors since 1980. With accessible green space, including nearby Woodland Park and Green Lake, along with the cozy cafes, unique boutiques, and excellent eateries, Phinney Ridge is more than just a neighborhood - it’s a lifestyle.

I’m a Puget Sound native who fell in love with Seattle while attending the University of Washington, where I earned my degrees in Communication and Political Science. After starting my career in public relations, I made the leap to real estate – getting licensed while waiting tables at Ivar’s Salmon House on Lake Union in the evenings. Just two years after buying my first home, my real estate career took off. I quickly became passionate about all things homeownership and was fortunate to help many of my college friends purchase their first homes in Seattle’s competitive market. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve built a loyal network of clients who value my patience, dedication, and hands-on guidance through the often complex process of buying or selling a home – all while keeping it fun along the way! I love connecting with people and building lasting relationships, and I share my market knowledge and insights from more than 500 home sales as a guest on KING 5’s New Day NW.
I can’t imagine living anywhere but the Pacific Northwest. I’m an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast, and I ride with the long-standing local team, Union Bay Cycling. Most days you’ll find me on my bike, riding locally or training for race season. When I’m not cycling, I love spending time in the mountains skiing and hiking!

I’m a proud PNW native who was raised in Redmond and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Accounting and International Business. After getting my CPA license and dabbling in the accounting world at Deloitte & Touche, I moved to the mountains of Colorado. What was meant as a short stint to escape the corporate world and experience life as a ski bum, turned into 12 years and ultimately a new career. It was there in the small town of Crested Butte that I began my real estate career in 2004, and never looked back.
My passion for real estate runs deep. I’ve served as Director for Seattle King County REALTORS® (SKCR) and as a State Director for Washington REALTORS®. I’m a longstanding member of the Windermere Standards of Practice Committee, whose goal is to provide the framework for Windermere brokers to maintain the highest standard of service, integrity, and excellence in the industry. The knowledge and relationships that I’ve gained through this level of involvement in the real estate community are a priceless benefit to my clients.
When not helping homebuyers and sellers, I can usually be found on my bike or skis, or hanging at home in Phinney Ridge with my husband and two “dog”-cats
